We are proud to be recognised as one of Barratt Homes main plumbing and heating contractors delivering a service to the new build sector from the ground, up to the final completion on new build housing sites. Our duties include:

• Maintaining a service that is quick and efficient, supplying all the necessary rainwater goods, soil and waste systems, highest spec heating systems to the latest designs, incorporating climate change regulations and efficiency levels required in new build housing specifications.

• Supplying all sanitary ware for bathrooms, en-suites and cloak rooms complete with shower units and cubicles as required.

• Final completion for habitation from building control providing all the necessary certificates for the householder’s pack on handover to clients.
